ClubLink Update: Local Planning Appeal Hearing Starts Monday, January 17

I would like to share a brief Kanata Golf and Country Club update as the Local Planning Appeal Hearing starts this coming Monday, January 17, 2022.

As a reminder, on March 6, 2020, ClubLink appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal for the lack of timely decision on their application.

Due to COVID-19, this hearing will be held virtually and interested constituents can tune in to watch the appeal live via this YouTube link. As of now, this appeal hearing is scheduled for 30 business days.

I know how much this greenspace means to our community and how frustrating and worrisome this entire process has been. Please know, I remain committed to our fight against this development and will continue to provide support however I can.
