BounceBack is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry.
Chrysalis House is a shelter for abused women and their dependents. You can call their crisis line at 613-591-5901.
Distress Centre answering calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with crisis line specialists providing confidential support at 613-238-3311. Available to all residents, regardless of age.

Dental Emergency Services (Dental Society)
Tel.: 613-523-4185An on-call dentist is available to take your emergency from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
The Ottawa Dental Society coordinates a voluntary dental emergency referral service. Patients are encouraged to contact the on-call dentist directly to make arrangements for the emergency visit. Patients are responsible for any fees incurred for the diagnosis and treatment rendered.
If you or a loved one is in a life threatening situation, dial 911 or go to your nearest hospital Emergency Department. If you are unsure whether it is an emergency, you may call Telehealth Ontario, a free telephone service from the Ontario Government at 1-866-797-0000 and speak with one of their nurses or you should visit your closest Emergency Department.
Queensway Carleton Hospital’s Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
